  • What information do I as a client need to provide to start an eviction?

  • To begin, we typically need a copy of the lease agreement any identifying descriptions, or photos, any and all information pertaining to the reason for the eviction (e.g., non-payment of rent etc.), and any prior notices you have already served. If you haven't served a notice yet, we can handle the delivery of the 3-Day or 30-Day Notice ETC. for you.
